Anyone up on USPS shift to AED by 2021 goal as part of the STOP act passed by congress?

What changes do we expect as it pertains to Int Customs.

We know that private carriers already have this system in place and that might be one of the reasons we don’t use UPS, FedEX.

Here’s the deal, I’ve noticed that my packs are now sitting in customs for long periods of time(up to 30+ days), they are now be opened and retaped with customs inspection packing tape. Contents are all there, nothing missing, ripped the packages apart looking for any thing like a GPS before trashing the box.

Gotta wonder if using our real name and same address over and over is going to be possible in the future once AED is fully implemented. This bill that will push full implementation on a organization that normally drags its heals will increase the cost of shipping and once it’s in place it won’t be removed, we rarely see big data and surveillance stop for any reason once the billions have been spent putting it in place.

So to go on a rant. We have conservatives that love the nanny state that pushed for this bill, Trump personally pushed for this bill. Trump is running on prosperity and security, but to me this is just more police state bullshit that takes away our freedoms. We know about 30,000 people die each year because of synthetic opiods, and yet tobacco kills 400,000, alcohol kills 150,000, heart disease mostly caused by standard america diet kills about 700,000(McDonalds has killed millions, our fat f president has no problem with it).

Since 1971 when Nixon started the war on drugs, we have turned it into a war on people, we have turned cops from peace officers to terrorists, wolves guarding a flock of sheep. One step close to Nazi Germany - “let me see your papers”, instead of loading them up into cattle cars to be sent to death camps it’s now state and federal prison with life time felony records that marks them for future exploitation and the masses are too f’n dump to catch on as usual.

Solution: we’ve got to get the old crusty f’s out of politics that is running this country into the ground. From legislators and judges we are ran by a nation full of old narrow minded sobs that go to church on sunday, unable to get erections and to enjoy life on any level these piles of sh** are miserable and they want you to be miserable as well, they look at you and your youth and they see your potential for fun and they want to stop it. It’s time to flush the old fucks folks, and I’m not young myself, but the glue factory is calling and I think it’s time.

I don’t think it’ll change much for the users but for sources this could possibly be viewed as a big enough security risk that some may back out and not as many new sources may pop up out of fears. I don’t honestly think it’s going to matter for sources and users who are specifically getting packs of gear or raws but it’ll probably cause issues for sources that dabble in other forums and other products such as ones we don’t discuss on SST. The general consensus that the police are after drugs like narcotics or opioids will probably remain the same and new information will lead to new busts of those purchasing or dealing in those drugs. Anabolic steroids and other PEDs will likely remain mostly ignored as they have been for years but we’re, sadly, almost due for another mass bust like the ops a couple years back so hopefully this does not foreshadow such a thing.

For your in particular though @“Dexter” Dexter, I would honestly suggest that for your own legal safety you should lay off the orders for a bit since you said they’re actually opening your packs now and still sending em. Seriously if you can take the financial hit of not sourcing for a few months it may be a good idea to do so. I’ve read way too many busts that began with customs finding some gear or raws and letting it slide a few times to build a big case and then they pounce on the poor fuck once a large collection of orders have been allowed to be delivered. Be very careful man. Love the product but please don’t get yourself mixed up with the law at any level.

My main thing is to figure out what exactly this AED is, how it works. Supposedly it can be used against those shipping packs from Asia eventually.

The problem is once your name is in the database, customs will automatically kick your pack off for inspection. You’d have to resort to switching PO boxes in different locations on a regular basis, possibly using a fake name as well.

My problem with this is that once it’s in place it’s going to be damn tough, USPS has been very slack over the years and they didn’t seem to care about the shipping of banned substances. Those days may well be over come 2021.

All the more reasons to get a libertarian in office, one that will make massive cuts to the federal budget, fire all these customs employees, burn the law libraries to the ground.
