Airport Customs Inspection

Hello All,
So I've been traveling back/forth to the EU every couple months. My wife/kid are the but I need to come back to the US regularly. This time I began a Test/Winny/Cardarine cycle.
This trip I got very sick and stopped the cycle, only keeping TRT. I had about 60 Winstrol pills left and decided to bring them back. I put them in an aspirin bottle (with the aspirin-this was the mistake).
While entering the US, I was flagged for secondary inspection. They removed everything. Asked about my meds as I have several legit ones. I had other things in other bottles, like Cardarine in a Tylenol bottle. No problem. When they saw the mixed pills in a bottle, that alerted them.
Said they would take it for analysis. I was mostly shitting my pants. Four guys ripping my shit apart. Seams, swabbing all over, etc.
Finally an officer came to me and said, "you know you've got a steroid in there?"
He then asked if I could simply buy it where I was, which is true.
I was shocked when he gave it back with all the Winny too, not confiscated.
Lesson: I will never carry thru customs again. That hour aged me 20.

I'm pleasantly surprised to hear they gave everything back. Rings true that they really dont care about personal use steroids.

When he asked "u know u got a steroid?" Did u say yes and admit it? And also what about the test vial? Did they pull that out too?

Yes, I definitely was shitting myself. Funny thoughts to myself, 'geeze is make a horrible mule, few pills and my heart is racing'
So, when he said, 'you know you got a steroid in there?' before I could reply he said, 'could you just buy that over there?' I tried to look surprised (probably obvious?) and just said, yes, I got them at the gym, thought they were simply Testosterone booster. He then handed the bottle and says don't buy things like that when overseas.
About the Test-C. I only took that there, left it behind for my return. Whew. But, I did have it checked in security (US) once. I always print a perfect Photoshop lable for the pill bottle with the vial and a professional lable for the vial itself.
They pulled it out (maybe because liquid?) Looked at the lable and put it back. I'm sure in customs they have the ability to verify scripts but with a solid looking bottle I doubt they would. Especially for personal amounts.
Even so, I won't be carrying anything anytime soon. I'm a little worried now that maybe because of that I am higher risk for search? No way I'm going to risk it. I was shocked too that I got it all back and said good bye. Don't gotta tell me twice... ...
