Am I doing something wrong here injections

So I have used gear on and off cycles for a few years with no problems up to 1.5ml in my delt 3ml in dorsal this year after taking a break for about 2 years it seems like every single injection I get PIP or an injection or immune response no matter what and will sometimes even have to drain a puss fluid out of the muscle and blood I’m using the same gear source as before that I never had any issue with what could be causing this immune response always do center delt 2 fingers below the bone and should becomes rock hard and swells within 2 days average cc in delt is never above 1cc and this occurs wanting to know if possibly shaking during inject or maybe I’m slightly in the wrong spot since I had not done it in so long

You've got bad shit, throw it away and but something else. Either that, or you swim in a septic tank before injecting. I'd strongly suspect the first one, though.

Review sterile injection technique, too... make sure you're swabbing the vial and the injection site, and showering regularly.

Stop injecting until you can be seen by a doctor and have them prescribe antibiotics. Recurrent infections are the shit that kills people.

See I know it’s not bad gear very good source on here and yes I’ve done several cycles years ago always shower then swab both and use a different tip to inject I was wondering if it’s possible that shaking during inject could cause this or possibly since I have been off for so long my body is no longer used to the oils and triggering an immune response I appreciate your input greatly though would you think either of those things are a possibility? it seems like it’s about 1 out of every 5 injections I get this problem then I have to wait again for over a week for that injection site again then I might use it absolutely no issue whatsoever I normally only have this problem in the delts as sometimes it’s very hard to keep it perfectly stable and I use a 1inch 25g all the way in I’m about 191 lbs at 9% body fat 6feet tall so could the needle be to long for the delt?

To clarify, the pus and blood you squeeze out occurs on other muscles too you inject in or just your delts?
Also, is it singular delt or both?

A 1 inch needle all the way into the delt :O ouch, sounds a little too big for your BF%.
Do you aspirate?

Like that other individual said unless you are not sterilizing the bottle and site well (scrubbing with alcohol pad vigorously) sounds like contaminated gear?
You have to be very careful you may be forming an abscess or fistula which you do not want...

I wouldn't think it would be the carrier oil, but possibly having an immune response or sensitivity. This should not cause a pus collection and infection though... You should definitely switch gear though so if you want to test out a different oil now is the chance!

It seems to only have ever occurred in my delts and I never go above above 1cc the normal is .5cc in the delts and yes I use my glute and never have had this issue only the delts and I use a 1inch 25 gauge in the glute as well possible the needle is to long for my body fat and I’m over penetrating causing issues and yes the puss I have drained the arm will get hard then I pull out up to a cc or more of a orange blood and puss fluid then a few days it’s back to normal and I have used the site after that and the next injection is just find never had this issue last 4 cycles with the same source and it’s only ever the delt no pip either just a day or two later I notice it’s swollen and hard or painful to move any more insight would be great

i also get an immune response when starting new cycles so I have to ramp it up slowly, same even with tattoos my immune system just starts fighting it, but that goes away within a week max and is only at the beginning. Blood coming out of an injection is one thing, but pus does not sound good.
A lot of people, including myself, get lumps from pinning but its more of a scar tissue thing not full of puss, that sounds different.

if youre pinning test w you mightve gotten a painful batch thats happened to me a few times, but that doesnt explain pus.
get that checked
take a break from pinning your delts and potentially switch to a new batch of gear. also maybe try insulin pins in the delt, get half inchers

Orange blood and pus fluid. So orange, blood, and a greenish tan thick discharge?

I mean honestly without cultures who really knows. Maybe your source had a bad batch this go around and it is contaminated with bacteria.
It sounds like an abscess is forming still down to infection vs autoimmune reaction in my mind.

Your best bet excluding getting that pus tested is to switch gear/carrier oil, rest your delts, and use a smaller needle for your delts.
What more insight are you looking for? If you are properly cleaning the area and using proper techniques to inject, like rotating sites the gear in one way or the other seems like the problem.

I agree to get the pus cultured, its entirely possible you have an active MRSA infection in your shoulder and just keep aggravating it. I use a 27gx1.5" on my delts for 1.5-3ml, or if it's 1ml or less, a 30g.

Something is definitely not right with what is going on. The fact he is doing his own needle aspiration and pulling the fluid/pus out (which his wording pointed to since he pulled 1 ml out) and it HEALING is very interesting to me. If this truly is an infection he is so lucky he has not gotten cellulitis, osteomyelitis, or even like a septic arthritis at this point.

Damn bro, 1.5 on your delt? how big those delts ; )? I would be careful general rule is 1 ml for delts max, I guess if yours are insanely big it may change things.

lol I'm like 6'1, 280ish so they're big enough to comfortably take 2ml once a week each, 3ml they get a little tight so I try not to do that if I can help it.

To answer the above question yes I aspirated the hard spot in my delt myself and the plunger fills with the puss looking blood mix fluid that smells terrible since last injection the left one has gone down no more swelling and no longer hard I just pinned my right delt same gear but did not put the needle in all the way down and had someone else inject it as to be much more steady less shaking and 2 days later this delt is fine with no issues this is why I am so confused as to what is causing this it did happen one cycle years ago in my delt and it went down after a week or so with no draining of it myself I did get amox to make sure if I had some infection it would go away but pinned glutes with this same gear 20x this cycle by now with not one issue only the delts I’m wondering if what was said above is possible that I’m aggravating something already there causing this to occur it’s only my left delt doing this

If it is a singular delt it sounds like abscess... I would stop using that delt altogether if it is infected it will not be great for absorption anyways. I would say be careful with self administering antibiotics since you do not know what type of bacteria and if it is resistant or not. amox is a medium choice since it does cover your basics like E-coli, some staphs, gram + in general and SOME cross over into gram -.

You should go to the dr and get imaging done. They will probably do an Xray first but I would push for an US or an MRI being best if an abscess is suspected. Getting a Osteomyelitis or septic arthritis in the should could be devastating....

Please listen to this man, this is not something you want to play fuck around and find out with, we're talking a potentially life altering issue if its bad and you ignore it. If you're worried about telling the Dr. how you found out just say you were getting a B12 injection at a wellness clinic and they recommended you come and get a culture/imaged.

So update I went to my regular doctor and this is what they said very vague they said that more than likely it was caused from 1 of 2 things they said I potentially had it to high up and it was close to the bursa sack in the delt and that oil next to it caused inflammation and it couldn’t absorb it and it has no where to go since there is no exit once the needle it taken back out or 2 not being steady enough while administering the injection could have caused some small amounts of damage causing blood to be released and with no where for that blood to go it will slowly be re absorbed into the body very slowly hence the swelling and the colored fluid is more than likely the result of the oil being mixed with the blood that couldn’t be absorbed creating this thick bad smelling pinkish orange liquid but not all doctors are equal so for all I know they could be wrong and it could have been an infection

I am glad you went to the doctor, did they do blood work like a CBC? When you said pus prior that is a red flag, when you say bad smelling liquid, that is another red flag. Fluid coming out of what should be an aseptic area should not "stink".

You should leave your delts alone for awhile and look up how to properly inject yourself elsewhere. I would also watch your bloodwork being concerned about WBC,high neutrophils, low lymphocytes etc.

I've bought shit on here from "really good" sources that has fucked me up in one way or another. Try a different source
