Yes, they are. You can get 100 pack of the single use caps on amazon, I use those for meets and during peaking. For other training I prefer Cerberus hellfire salts since they’re in a little pill bottle I can just open and inhale as needed.

What they do is open your lungs and tickle your CNS thus preparing you for a larger intake of air and maximum effort prior to a big lift. I typically use them on singles and if I’m feeling not at 100% on my top sets.

I took one out of the medicine cabinet / first aid kit from my office, cracked that bitch for a sniff, just for no reason. Was wild. Ended up stealing the whole box. This was years ago.

I was gonna buy some NOSE TORK on Amazon last night because I’m shooting for a PR on Sunday, but after thinking more about it, I don’t trust myself. I don’t want to get all hyped and then throw my damn back out…

I guess I’m just old and not fun anymore. Get some, they’re $9 on amazon.

i use them when im doing crazy sets def gives you a little bit more strength… they are also really cheap. go for it!!
