50mg on lagging body part days 1hr pre with omega-3s always worked well for me maybe 2-3x a week for short bursts. Have also taken 50-100mg a day for 2-5 weeks on training days to bust sticking points or change up the cycle
I trian in the AM , I don’t take fats with my orals . Is that hindering the effects. I just do a protein shake, carb powder, out the door. Eat my first meal after training…feel like something needs to change, keep spinning my wheels some cycles .

I also train early AM and didn’t find much use for Anadrol. What I did find better was to run TBOL 2x. Day and felt like there was a longer half life so the dose taken the night before seemed to still be effective in the AM. Of course this could be total BS but it is what worked for me.
Are your caloric needs accounting for increased lean body mass plus potentially increased metabolic expenditure due to AAS? Everyone is different, some people’s maintenance calories skyrocket while on cycle. Play around with that as it’s more likely diet than drugs imo
