Looking to at 40-50 mg of anavar everyday on my cruise for about 8 weeks to lean down/recomp before my next blast. How are the strength gains? Would you guys recommend a deficit or maintenance calories?

Please tell me if I’m wrong but isn’t anavar usually hard on lipids? The point of a cruise is to let your system come back to baseline and get healthy and resensitized. If you are going to run orals you might as well just permablast.NoodleMan" pid='88811' dateline='1588408026:
