Hey Buds...

I've never tried Anavar but I'm seriously considering it (checking sources now and dose protocol). I know it helps burn fat BUT i'm also hoping 'maybe helps' with an Elbow 'Bursitis' issue (but i maybe asking too much).

I'm thinking about cruising it with 20 mgs /day and doing it for 5 mths straight. I'm already doing low-dose Cypionate with b12 ---- Since i'm not concerned with bulking up i'm basically doing a TRT routine and keeping my Test Levels into the 500 score (on the blood work).

Does Anavar help with injuries ?

Thanks very much!

I think the worst thing anavar does is it can smash your HDL pretty good. That being said 5 months is a pretty long cycle IMO.
I suppose if you get your blood work done regularly it could be a low enough dose to elicit some gains, and healing while not crushing your lipids too much.

I like to use on training days pre workout sublingual. Anavar can be helpful with injuries as well. If I was trying to heal something, I’d do a tb500, BPC 157, anavar, GH, and also add collagen daily. The test and var may give you what you’re looking for though possibly.

Yeah anavar is bad for lipids (tanked my HDL [which recovered upon discontinuation, so probably not bad in the long run])

The most gains I made from it were strength gains. They should be noticeable if you're resistance training.

I'd like to get some GH... if its 'Real' --- I was prescribed Somotropin many years ago and it worked like magic. I've heard nothing but BAD REVIEWS on UL GH. Know any good sources for 'Real GH?' ---- Thanks for the input...

You mean real GH as in pharma? Yes, there are a few sources here. It's a lot more expensive but if that isn't an issue, go for it.

BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides will help with injuries / bursitis. I had ‘golfer’s elbow’ and plantar fasciitis and just finished two months of bpc and tb-500 and have no issues with either injury now. I ordered from xpeptides. They are a us domestic source and you can find all the info in that forum.

Stupid question. I’m interested in these compounds to heal up some minor rotator cuff issues, a tweaky left shoulder, and a recent strain in my forearm causing some elbow pain.

With that said, what’s the proper dosage, how often, but most importantly, what’s up with the whole reconstituting Process? What do you have to do, and do you have to keep doing it?

Peptidecalc.com will give you the amount of BAC water and dosage. I used diabetics needles and bac water from Amazon.

This is what Ive learned and follow. I’m no expert in peptide half lives, etc. Tb-500 is twice a week at 2.5mg, so big doses. You can also take it daily with bpc but it’s not what I’ve seen recommended. BPC-157 is twice a day fasted. I do morning and before bed. The dosage depends on how you react, honestly. I’d start at 150mcg per dose and work up to 250-300 based on your tolerance and how well your injuries recover.

The pain doesn’t just return when you stop, which is nice. I’ve used these compounds twice in the last year for two months each time. Elbow issues are common for me since I’m old and my love of using heavy dumbbells leads me to aggravate them semi-frequently. I also have lower back issues and the peptides help.

I've tried TB-500 (waste of time and money) ---- its another 'poor substitute' for HGH.
