Any way to cure pip?

I’ve been injecting DHB and the pip hit me hard this time. My quad is really really sore and is there a way to heal it faster?

Step 1) never pin quads
Step 2) ibuprofen
Step 3) hot bath or heating pad

Always use heat. Never cold.

You can also draw extra sterile oil in with your shot - should dilute it down a little intramuscular and help.

Mix it in the same syringe as whatever else you’re injecting. I’ve done 1:1 DHB with Test Cyp and the pip has been reasonable to mild.
