See title. Need a beta blocker, can hear my heart beat at night and it keeps me up. Turkish pharma seems to take 2-3weeks.

My first thought, why are you trying to treat the symptom instead of the root cause? Something is causing this and whatever it is isn't worth what it's doing to you.
I'm curious why it has to be Nebivolol? There are a million Beta-Blockers out there. Actually, why does it have to be a beta-blocker to begin with?
This is by no means medical advice, just my personal experience (which is quite limited).
I was given Metoprolol, a beta-block med during some serious heart issues. It's very common and does the trick. I got off it as things leveled out.
I've also taken Clonidine (Catapres) for hypertension and racing heart rate. It's a central alpha agonist. Basically, it just slows things down. It's often used for drug withdrawals and cravings, stabilizing BP which can roller coaster. I found it great for hypertension, anxiety, etc. Keep dosage in check though as it can kill motivation and also libido.
Good luck, be careful. This is not something to play with. I had 4x bypass not long ago and I'm only later 40's.

Please trust me, there is nothing worth risking your life. If you feel something's not right with the heart, you're probably right. Fix the cause not the symptom.

I'd be happy to answer anything about my history, surgery, symptoms, etc. Just ask

Just to add to what @Middleage said, if your hypertension is constant I would work towards finding the cause of the HTN instead of just treating the symptom. If you are on cycle and experiencing transient HTN I think nebivolol is a great option. I have used nebivolol in the past, it is a selective beta blocker and I typically will use it while I am running tren as that tends to raise my heartrate and BP. I run telmisartan year round to make sure my BP is in check.

The main takeaway here is that if you are experiencing elevated BP and you know what is causing it eg. being on cycle, I would recommend nebivolol or telmisartan. If you have consistently elevated BP whether you are on cycle or not I would work on trying to lower it whether that be through diet or cardio.

I use dragon for my nebivolol btw. Only takes about a month to get here and its dirt cheap. Its harder to find such a mild beta blocker here because beta blockers are typically not first line treatments in the states. First line would be more along the lines of a ACE-inhibitor or an ARB.
