Aromasin dose for 136pg/ml estrogen

Just got bloodwork done and my e2 level is 136pg/ml. I’m currently 6 weeks into my test e 500mg/wk cycle. What dose of aromasin do you recommend? (I dont use any AI before because i didn’t feel any side)

Read r/steroids wiki. Take two 25 mg doses in two days in a row to normalize levels then start from the beginning with 12.5 mg E3D. Raise or drop the dose according to sides / bloodwork.

I don’t know if I’d go that high with the dose at the beginning. With Aromasin being a suicidal AI it can possibly crash E2. I’d go with 1 × 25mg dose then 12.5mg every 2-3 days. Especially if ur not really experiencing any high E2 symptoms. R u using Pharm grade Aromasin or UGL?

I would take 12.5mg E3.5D on pin days. As the other posters said, maybe take 25mg immediately then start the 12.5mg/E3.5D. Then after ~3 weeks, get bloods again and see where you are at. If high, increase dose to 12.5mg/EOD. Then after ~3 weeks, test again, etc.

It is all really trail and error with dialing in E2. A lot of it is personal/unique, and it also changes with your body composition (i.e. body fat levels).

Very excellent point…less body fat = less aromatase enzyme = less AI needed.

I need 12.5 ED to stay in range while on 600mg test e/week. I say go with every 3.5D then get bloodwork done in 2-3 weeks and adjust from there if necessary.

OP is a “trans man” who is actually a woman in jeans and a short haircut with her chest ductaped, and unshaven pits.

Letro might be of some help until aromasin dosage is figured out. More bloodwork may be beneficial here.
