At what dose do you start experiencing negative sides on HGH?

Never done hgh and probably never will. Seems like a lot of risk for little reward.

For the OP, it'll be highly individual, but for me around 4iu is totally fine, just some sleepiness during the day. My glucose is still good. I get hand numbness anyway if I put my hands above shoulder height while sleeping, it might be slightly more now but nothing crazy
