@salmonroll It was a pleasure. Im glad to see you enjoyed the customer service and the T/A time. It gives me joy in my work and effort when i read things like this. Lets me know that im doing my job correctly. Its not always about straight business. One should always make sure that the people you deal with understand the whole process and make sure they feel comfortable and trust the person they are dealing with. Now that is top quality customer service in my opinion. Thats exactly how i would want to be treated befor i send out my coin to someone i dont know.
