You can’t use PMs, they are disabled for all members besides mods.
If you are using a mobile device to view the site, please scroll to the bottom of any page and in the top right corner of the footer box there is a drop down menu. It says “SST” by default, if you switch it to mobile you will get a mobile version of the forum.
