Benefits of taking NAC with gear?

Saw a few posts listing this supplement as "protection" with gear but can't find any info on it. When I search it comes up "The search could not be completed because the search keywords were too short.."

Any good resources to look into this?

Liver detox. It's a precursor to glutathione, so it's supposed to promote more production of that. Thus detoxing your kidneys and liver

Ah good to know. Ran out of injectable glutathione which isn't cheap didn't know NAC had any impact on liver. Appreciate the help.

It does but the dosage is more broscience type stuff. Packaging will tell you to take 1 capsule a day ( usually 600mg ) but after digestion etc who knows if it actually works? Also, amino asylum sells glutathione inexpensively. Type in liver in the search bar on their website. It's marketed as liver restore or the like

I take either 1200mg NAC daily, or 200mg injectable Glutathione 3x weekly. NAC is good for over-all organ health, and I don't feel it interferes with orals. I tend to take the standard 600mg when not on any orals and take it twice a day if I do/ flu season.

Yeah I was taking NAC for some lingering Covid issues. Did you see a noticeable difference on lipids from just the NAC?

Does the Glycine have any impact on the liver as well? Currently take 1g for sleep but may up this.

Yeah, that's exactly why they pulled it, had to order from Nootropics depot at the time. Black Seed Oil helped a lot as well and IVM.
First time I've heard anything on "citrus bergamot" so will have to look into it. Thanks
