Best aggressive bulking meal plan?

This is a follow up thread concerning the question of whether or not to do a dirty bulk while on a cycle.

The responses i got essentially told me to stay away and that the potential benefits do not outweigh the bad things that come with it.

With that in mind I posit the next question. If not a dirty bulk what good meal plan is there i can follow to pack on mass fairly quickly? I would very much like to make maximum use of a cycle with a aggressive meal plan.

Can someone help me find a good plan to follow? I’ve searched but haven’t been able to find much.

Get

0.8-1.2g /lb bodyweight of protein
Enough fats
Fill the rest with carbs

Weigh yourself 3 times a week to establish a baseline and trend then adjust calories according to those results

What is “the rest”? What am I working with?

GOMAD + 1000 cals worth of mass gainer
A bag of chicken nuggets a day
This helped me put on 40 pounds in 4 months and allowed me to escape Auschwitz.

The rest is literally just whatever food you enjoy. I’m partial to candied sweet potatoes. You just eat an amount to start and then adjust until the scale moves how you want

You can play with the macros but I used to use a large bowl filled with whey, oats, peanut butter, whole milk, vanilla abstract, and raisins. It was a lot of calories…

Sounds like itll taste awful.

Though it is something. I was looking more for “These are the meals you should eat” type thing.

By “the rest” I was just asking do you mean a calorie target or something? Number of meals?

If you can’t figure out how to eat, then you should stay away from steroids. I told you to just pick an arbitrary number and start there. From that number you watch the scale, and depending on the scale you add or lower food.

That can be literally any way you want to lower or increase food. You can make bigger portions or add a meal or snacks

Please, don’t do a cycle until you learn to eat. Odds are if you can’t figure this out you also aren’t training hard enough to make use of them

Your sentences just sound incomplete to me and that they don’t form a complete thought. I was just asking for clarification on what you are even trying to say

For Christ’s sake kid, it isn’t as hard as you want it to be

All you do is eat, and when the scale moves how you want it to, you stick with what you were eating. When it stops working you adjust what you’re eating until the scale does what you want. Carbs are the easiest to manipulate and help fuel performance so that’s what you’ll be adding/removing because it is the simplest way

If you need to think about it like calories or number of meals you can, but your goal wasn’t 5000 calories. It was gain weight. That means you just need to pick some random traceable measure of how much you eat and then watch the scale and adjust

I’m not spoonn feeding you a diet plan because nothing works for everyone and you need to learn what works for you and is sustainable. There isn’t a clear answer to your question

Stay away from gear until you are more experienced. It will improve the success of your usage and give you time to learn about your body

Sadly a lot of people run gear thinking it’ll make up for a lack of diet, training and even sleep.
