starting my cut after 8 months of bulking. sitting at 6'1 244 lbs probably around 14-16% bf. i was looking for advice on a cutting stack that i would be able to retain as much muscle as possible without wasting.

Low test moderate nand is a thing and works well for cutting for a lot of people. I think this is where we lose some people in that they forget deca is npp is deca is npp lol its just a different ester and correct me if I'm wrong but a longer ester (deca) will cause more water retention than it's shorter ester (npp) variation.
Also, OP, your diet is what you want to focus on here. Put yourself into a proper deficit with macros that support your goals and run your compound(s). Sleep properly, that's crucial, hydrate regularly and trust, it's more than you think. Especially on a cycle. Train to support your goals including fasted cardio and voila you're gonna be a beast.
I will say one last thing though, Chimpanzee, I have to disagree that "most people look like shit". I really feel that's unnecessary in response to people not agreeing with the deca idea. Take it as sheer ignorance at the fault of no one person and then educate..you can only give em the info, it's up to them to employ it.

Yeah deca is the longer ester. And eh water retention is a diet thing in my mind (also e2). I might try that now though 200 test 100 npp and maybe some var? Shit that sounds like a good time to me. Except they’re always tren staring you in the eyes from the dark ally of my mind saying “pin me” in fading whispers.

yes i have ran a cycle before. ive ran 50mg anavar, 400mg primo, & 300 test when i was cutting last time. i dont like to run cycles whenm i bulk i just run trt dose test at 160 mg bc i see very good progress with 6 clean meals and training my ass off. i was just wondering what some people thought was a good stack for cuttingOne more, OP have you RUN a cycle or have you just been eating and training in "bulk mode" for 8 months?
