best cutting stack to retain muscle ?

At around 10% bf I start 200mg test-e, 200mg tren-e, 400mg mast-e. 3 weeks out from my peak I start 10mg/day sdrol for the insane glycogen retention since I’m super flat from dieting, and the increased vascularity.

Are you cutting all carbs out of your diet? How the fuck do you get flat on 200mg tren e and 400 mast. I literally don’t understand unless you eat 0 carbs

For some people, tren and mast will flatten when low BF and in calorie deficit. I cannot out eat tren also….just flattens me out when I am anywhere near maintenance or just below. I would use test/mast/Var for a cutting cycle.

Im flat and depleted because, despite keeping carbs around 20%, as soon as I get around 12% bf my glycogen stores are absolutely depleted. Keeping tren and test so low, and mast moderate, I get super dry, which makes me look even more flat. Sdrol and upping the carbs just a little at the very end of my cut is pretty dramatic. My I’ll gain 10lbs over that 3 weeks — presumably mostly glycogen, and the look is unreal.

I can’t cut carbs that low, I’d fucking kill myself if I didn’t have rice or potatoes.

It’s tough normally. But I’m running semaglutide for the first time and it’s a complete game changer. Almost no carb cravings, and it’s actually a bit of work just to eat enough to hit my macros on a rather strong deficit.

What doses ?
Right now I pin a 1cc pin every 3 days, 1/10th test and 9/10ths deca, so math checks out at 87.5mgs test/week and 787.5mgs deca/week.

If we’re being real here, tren just makes me lose my hair and I get a little manic. Too much Test seems to give me nipple irritation. A shitload of orals and my face looks like I’m 30% body fat. This is what works for me to feel confident in how I look. I will advise that, if you feel emotionless, up the test a bit. It’s helped me. In my experience, if the test is too low, I just feel weird and robotic, which is not as great as someone might think.

How much test are you running 60-70? Going to run low test, 200ish Deca and 300dhb for cycle
 
My cut is test-e 250mg/primo 400mg/tren-e 200mg per week. One month out I throw in 50mg mast/day, and peak week 20mg sdrol/day for glycogen retention. I up carbs 2 days prior to a show so the sdrol has glucose to work with and gives me a crazy pump with minimum effort.

Easiest cutting cycle (once near 10% bf) to drop down to single digits IME was:

1) Low dose test 100-125 mg per week
2) 300 mg Tren E
3) 300 mg Mast E
4) Semaglutide 0.5 mg/week

Only downside is semaglutide nausea/digestion issues but those go away with time.

When I’m dieting and key word dieting / cuttin calories my go to is always test/mast/Tren . But there not one answer like you’ve seen . As long as your in a Calorie deficit and also timing when you take in foods at the most important time to retain as much muscle as possible there’s multiple options. Test/ primo , test/mast, just test/gh,

I like TRT test, high Tren, high mast, maybe some EQ.
