I don’t know where you’re located at but I’m pretty sure that’s illegal here. I go in and say I need insulin needles and I’m done. Although 1.5 inch 25g is a mean insulin needle lol. I’ve actually never even considered pinning with slin pins.Highly recommend grabbing some slin pins from Walmart or another pharmacy, after switching from 25g to 29g 1/2 inch insulin pins injections have been beyond smooth and I couldn’t imagine going back unless I was injecting massive volume; I’d rather do a slin pin injection every day than two 25g injections even. If that’s not something you want to do for whatever reason though, GPZ Med Lab has always been my go to and they’re great – cheap, fast shipping, and lots of options all around.
You’d want to backload the insulin syringe by using an 18-20g needle and syringe and drawing into that first, then remove the plunger from the insulin syringe and empty the oil from 18-20g syringe into the insulin syringe and put the plunger back in. HealthyKin pulled the plug on needles as of July 5th. They were my goto as well.Another good site that’s US Domestic is healthlykin.com they’re cheap, the shipping is just somewhat ridiculous but I guess that’s with everything now.
