Rule 1 whey isolate chocolate fudge. I like the taste and also because there are not a lot of fillers I can do 2 scoops and still eat a good meal an hour or 2 after.
I throw 2 scoops crushed ice water and a small handful of blueberries in blender for post workout. No gas or bloat like some proteins.

Are there any citrus/fruity flavored proteins out there? I used to get raspberry from ON before it was discontinued and haven’t had one since. I HATE chocolate, vanilla, and sweet flavors - stuff like cookie dough, cake, pie, muffin, etc. are an absolute no go.
