alright guys i got blood work done and everything is completely fine except my bilirubin which was 2. i got my blood work done about 36 hrs from my last pin and im cruising on test e 125mg/wk rn. how do i lower this, am i gonna croak?

how long before bloods did you workout? taxing body etc can raise various bio markers on blood work like bilirubin and some liver enzymes can go up post workout. if it is consistently high regardless of other factors then maybe you have a problem,

Bilirubin being elevated is a huge concern for newborns. Normally the recommendation to get it down is fluids, liver support supps, UV light, IV fluids. If you start feeling lethargic, and your eyes start turning yellow head to the ER.

Gallstones dude. Quite likely gallstones.

And choose to ignore this if you want. But you need an ultrasound and an MRI, you do NOT want to have a gallbladder attack.
