Blood Pressure?

Blood pressure has consistently been 150/90 with a pulse of 90 since starting my cycle - 500mg Test E. Almost 3 weeks in now. 5'11", 27, 180 lbs. I take 1000mg NAC, 1200mg Fish Oil, half dose of GNC Mega Men's vitamin. Anyone got any advice on other supplements or even bp medication I can source domestically?

My concern is that I take Vyvanse during the day and can only imagine it gets worse while on it. I don't really feel any negative effects as of yet but I'm sure it's not healthy and will get worse.

Any and all advice is appreciated!

This has been a big one for me too. I got through 8 weeks of 500mg test-E no problem, but when I threw in dbol it shot up to 160/95+ at its peak. Generally it sits around 145/85. I dropped the dbol a couple days ago. Hasn't gone back down yet, but I'm hoping it will.

As far as advice goes, the thing that helps the most in my opinion is cardio. If I skip cardio multiple days in a row then my pounding heart will keep me up at night. If I do it though then I generally sleep fine and my BP and RHR are towards the lower end. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow too I might fish for some medication.

So get your cardio in for a week and then check back. Hopefully that's all you need to

Daily cialis helps with lowering BP, ~10 points iirc. Better than nothing and you also get the benefit of nice pumps during workout when taken 30-60 min prior

i just donated a pint of blood. BP went from 135/90, to 121/70. Sure, it wont last, but its something.
I get stupid high BP also when I go above 350/week, unless i take a BP pill. As I am only on a TRT dose/cruise right now, that 130/90 is about as high as it goes, without anything else. As stated above, cialis helps also.

I'll give the cialis route a shot. Sounds like a decent pre-workout as well. Cardio is difficult for me at the moment due to a foot/knee injury but I have PT scheduled so hope to move past it soon. Not sure if walking the dog at a pretty moderate pace is considered Cardio for an hour or so but I'm even having issues doing that at the moment unfortunately.
