I am in my 6 week of HGH. I started at 1.5IU, and went up .5IU every week. I am now at 4IU each day. I plan on running 4IU ED for next 5 months, and I take a gda and Berbine. My fasted blood sugar when I started was 83. It has been consistenly in low 80's for past 7 years. My fasted blood sugar today was 93. Still not bad but should I at all be concerned?

I wouldn't be concerned since it's still in the double digits and only for 5 months.

We're not talking about decades of chronic hyperglycemia here (like in type 2 diabetes).

it is my 1st go around with GH so just looking into what precautions should be. I will continue to monitor it, maybe up my cardio time if it continues to rise.

Do you notice feeling different at all? I ask because ever since using GH I think Ive been extra thirsty. It could be many other things though

Cardio is great for blood sugar and blood pressure but everyone hates doing it.

Find a way to put it in a pill. Wait, nevermind. There's a million products that claim to do that but definitely don't do that.

Fasted cardio in the morning, and inj l-carnitine can help with this. If you aren't already dosing your berberine 500mg 3x a day, you can try that. I've seen an improvement in my fasting blood sugar in myself and others with this dosing.

Worse case scenario, you start 10iu of Lantus a day.
