Blood work question

Hi,

I have always gotten my blood work done through a primary care doctor or a TRT clinic. I have decided to stop using TRT through a clinic and I will begin the DIY route. I am having trouble figuring out how to schedule blood work (hormones, liver, kidney, etc) on LabCorp and Quest. My insurance definitely covers it, but I do not see where to fill out insurance information, rather it just wants me to pay the $150 for a full panel. How do you all go about scheduling blood work for DIY TRT?

i go through a clinic and just pay out of pocket. id be careful to run it through insurance, if anyone ask questions, youre going to have to explain, idk how much youre running but why your levels are so high. lol

someone said insurance cant cancel or deny plans because of health conditions if you been with them for x amount of years but they have more money than you and can fight longer to deny health coverage and or life insurance claims. lol everything is out of pocket for me. just not worth the hassle

most labcorps have a male or female hormone panel you can get.

if you have your old panel just copy that.

please dont use this list only, these are just what i remember my doc going over and what i see a lot of ppl posting. if you need a copy of a panel i can post you one or you can just find one on here
