Blood Work Results

Hey guys, I just got my labs back and need some advice.

Some details to note,
  • I have been cruising on 140mg of Test E weekly for about 8 weeks
  • Last 2 Weeks before blood was drawn I took about 1500iu of HCG weekly for 2 weeks to help increase testicular volume from last blast.
-No AI was used on Cruise Dose
    -195lb, 5"11, 29years old
The labs concluded that my Hematocrit is slightly above normal reference range and the Red Blood Cell Count and Hemoglobin is in Reference Range but on the high end of the Range.

I am thinking that maybe more water intake or blood donation might be an option.

My Estrodial Ultrasensitive is WAY to High at 62pg/ML. Im thinking that this is because of the HCG but I am not sure or is it because my cruise dose is too high? I have started to take Aromasin 12.5mg EOD to see if I feel different.

-I have been having Insomnia and Anxiety for the last couple of weeks so it makes sense that my Estrogen is extremely high.

Any help with counteracting these issues will be greatly appreciated.

HCG will definitely not help with the E2 problems, I stopped using it at the end of my last blast for that reason. I also lowered my cruise dose from 150mg to 125mg recently, since I was feeling off at 47pg/ML. AIs are not good for you, and if you’re using one, I wouldn’t really call it a cruise.

Elevated hematocrit/hemoglobin is expected while on, donate blood to lower it.

Thank you, how many times would you suggest donating blood to lower hematocrit on cruise vs blast. Once every 2 weeks or Once every month, etc.? I only started using Aromasin EOD at 12.5 mg for a blast that I hopped on recently. I am going to get labs again in a couple of weeks to dial everything in.

I now know that my cruise dose is a little to high and will be lowering to 120mg a week with no AI after this short term blast for the summer. I agree that AIs are not good for ones health. Blasting short term is the only time I really use them.

I don’t think I am going to use HCG after this ever again either.

Here are the labs

You’re only allowed to donate blood every 56 days in the US, which I would expect to deal with it.

I don’t see anything alarming with your hematocrit that would make me recommend anything drastic other than regular blood donations. I typically sit in the 52-54 range and have no issues with going in every 56 days to donate.

If you’re able to - make a double red blood cell and platelet donation. This will help get some of the excess RBC out of your system and also gives platelets which are needed heavily in pediatric cancer treatment centers as well as burn centers.

More water is always the right answer. Not being facetious - I’d expect you to drop an entire point, possibly two if you drank a bottle of pedialyte the night before and went in for a blood draw the following morning.

Just remember, the estradiol range on the test is based partially on the testosterone scale of a normal adult male. It is possible to be “off the scale” and have no symptoms of high E2 and no side effects of it either. Base it partly on the blood work results but also take notes on how you feel physically and mentally. Remember, low E2 can cause osteoporosis, just the same way that high E2 can. There’s no “one size fits all” for setting your estrogen level. Pick a dosing protocol, test it for six weeks, and have your blood work done again. If the numbers are within the range that you are comfortable with and any symptoms that you’re noticing now are gone - that’s where you want to be.
Thank you SouthernCompounding for the detailed response! I really appreciate it. I heard someone a while back state that a good reference range is between 50:1 - 30:1, Testosterone:Estrogen reference range. They also made a statement in line with yours that it is completely on how you feel. I don’t think my body likes the higher end estrogen, so ill be taking steps to reduce it and see how I feel

Thank you!

@“Hedgeexchange” Check this out regarding your E2.

Also, HCG will raise E2.
Thank you, per video he says roughly 5% of total test levels should be e2. Makes sense!

I personally only use hcg for testicular pain, if I get it, otherwise the guys are fine in size amd I’m not trying to have kids ,so what is your reason for wanting to take hcg?

If it’s for size I suppose that’s ok but other than that pain or sperm production is the only reason I would see
