Bloods for Trt / nolva

I have been running cyp 250/wk (split MWF) for damn near a year. I talked to my doctor about getting TRT scrip and he said I need low results etc so I am planning on getting labs done in 4 weeks. Do I need to take nolva or anything from now (last pin was yesterday) until that 4 week mark? From what I can gather, if I were to be doing a PCT id start the nolva at that 4 week mark where I am at my lowest level of Test in the system, however my goal here is simply to get two low test results in a row, so PCT is not necessarily my goal per se. TLDR ( or too dumb didn't finish) should I take any nolva or clomid between last pin and 4 weeks from now?

Don’t take anything from now till then if you want to fully crash your test. The bummer will be if they won’t give you a real dose. My doctor told me he wanted to give me 200mg a month injected once a month. I declined

I mean I don't want to but that's what I'll have to do. This doctor seems pretty understanding of what I'm trying to do. There's also a legal situation I'm looking to make sure I'm in compliance with regarding taking certain things unprescribed which is one of the main motivating factors. No AI or nothing either? Just wait it out for 4 weeks and test?

Drink lots of mint tea. Like 2 cups a day. That'll kill your numbers.

I had to leave my trt Dr because my test level was around 160. Then he only prescribed 1 ML a month. So I had to shoot .25 a week. That brought me up to 250 and he said I was in the normal range and he would not up my dose. I said ye that's normal maybe for a 80yr old man. So I left. Just be aware most TRT DRs will not get you to were u want to be or where you fell your best they are content with you being at the low range of their normal

Any aromasin or anything after last pin during this period? Or just drop everything and wait 4 weeks?
