Bloodwork fasting

So I’m on 200 test e and 400 tren e a week. Not sleeping alot and I woke up and pounded a protein shake around 3 am.

Problem is I am getting bloodwork (test estro and cbc etc) for this cycle this morning and I was supposed to fast for 12 hours.

If I go in as planned I will only have fasted for 6 hours. Should I not go in and reschedule?

Off topic I am listening to Joe Rogans latest podcast on sleep and wishing I could just freaking sleep! Even when I am not on tren I sleep like shit, on tren I sleep like shit but sweat all night…

I don’t worry about fasting unless I’m trying to test lipids. Also, there is a lot of new data out there, suggesting that non-fasting is a better method

There really isn’t a need to fast for bloods in regards to your normal panel for being on gear. Go in, you’re fine. My docs have never required me to fast for that panel.
