Bloodwork review

Just got my bloods back, currently on 300mg of test only.

Testosterone level is 1117, high
AST is 91 ,high
ALT is 245 ,high
Carbon dioxide is 19 ,low
RBC is 6.27, high

Doc is going to call me in a week. In meantime what does this mean?

What were your labs prior to T?
Do you drink alcohol?
Your liver is clearly angry at something. Is anything else new to your regime? Would you post all your lab values?

You may need to donate blood depending on HGB and HCT.

Edit: My bad I don't think I understood your concern was the T level with 300mg/ wk. When did you get this blood drawn after your last injection? How frequent are your injections?

Your liver is clearly angry at something. Is anything else new to your regime? Would you post all your lab values?

Last time I had labs done was 6 months ago. Va said they would call me if they were abnormal and they never called. Nope I don’t drink at all , and no nothing new. Got off last cycle about month ago. That one was 150mg Trest ace and 300mg test e per week. For a 9 week cycle.

Hmm, I mean GENERALLY, when ALT is higher than AST which occurs in most liver damage anyway. Ruling out toxins or viral infections (hepatitis) is kind of the first thing here. Kinda stumped as to how 150 trest and 300 test would be that toxic but, ya know it could be. Are you looking jaundice at all? I would buy some tudca and consider glutathione, someone said today on the forum glutathione comes in sublingual forms so you don't have to inject it and it still bypasses the stomach. I thought that was very interesting especially since studies say it has substantially more efficacy compared to oral forms.

Tudca and glutathione man, you need to lower those levels and consider blood donation for the rbc.

Also, sorry, when you see the dr possibly push for a hepatic US to rule out fatty liver, and a lactate level given your hco3 level being low. You aren't on any statins or anything that would cause acidosis? (diabetic, infection, other medications that can cause lactic acidosis etc.?)

Ask for a GGT test, it's more reflective of stress on the liver and is not effected by hard training etc.

Otherwise I've never seen numbers that high on anyone that wasn't taking a harsh oral like superdrol etc.
