Anyone here have luck with BPC-157 curing their bursitis? Would 20 days at 500iu/day or 40 days at 250iu/day be most effective?

Been dealing with scapula bursitis for some time and curious if delt injection would be localized enough or would I need to get someone to get close to source of pain for it to work properly?

@OldBenkenobi Cant speak to BPC helping that particular ailment BUT I can say that there is very limited information on localized injections being more effective than going Sub-q or IM anywhere else on the body because with Sub-q OR IM BPC will pass through the heart and thus the effect will be systemic. I found no difference in healing time when I had a grade one tear in my bicipital tendon using a local injection, local sub Q or just IM.

I would suggest just trying to IM it into your delt and go from there.

Thanks man, I figured just getting close as possible to the area would be good enough but makes since it would go systemic anyway. Have you used TB500 and if so would you consider one more effective for inflammation over the other?

@OldBenkenobi No problem. I have only used it in conjunction with BPC. So I cant tell you how it works on its own because at the time all my reading suggested to use both. However I can say I didnt feel like it really had a significant impact versus just BPC. I did find that doing 3 injections daily of BPC was most effective and I would run it in 2 week cycles and asses the healing I was going for and decide if I wanted to continue or not and I kept going how much I would up the dose for the next two weeks. Hope this helps and maybe someone with more experience will chime in on TB500. I can tell you that running both won't be a bad thing.

Tb500 could help. Maybe look into it. I used both to help my shoulder and it helped tremendously.

Ya I think I'm going to run both to maximize the healing process. At what dose would you run bpc along with tb? Also did you find the effects to be long term or did the ailment return?
