Especially interested in injectable d3 , what are some common recipes to brew injectable vitamins like glutathione ? Can you just use raw powder from say BulkSupplements if you filter ? Thanks

I know nothing of brewing vitamins but why would you want to inject vitamins? Eat better, take a supplement, see a doc if you’re really concerned about being deficient.

Vit D is a fat soluble vitamin and you can overdose from supplementation. Kidney stones and high blood calcium don’t sound fun.

@CaptainAmerica I only inject Vit B12 every late fall/winter, don’t know jack shit about it to be honest. But, there are those clinics that are selling various Vitamin Injections/IVs for quite a steep price, and they seem to have quite the demand.

There must be something to it. But I really would research the hell out of it before going on about this, they can have severe side effects. E.g. Glutathion is great for recovery, but if you take it every day, you will end up leaving a lot of the gains on the table, since it is suppressing the local inflammation process of the muscles worked, which is the first step in hypertrophy. Using it once a week, on your off day, to drive recovery, that is a different picture and will help.

I’d be cautious with the vitamins OP, be sure to read a lot about it.

@misfitzillah inj. glutathione is said to be difficult to make based on some anecdotal reports. Take your fat soluble vitamins via food/oral supplements, don’t try to fix what isn’t broken.

Don’t make injectable polar bear liver.
