I heard it’s hard to get primo to hold. Does anyone think it would be possible to get primo e to hold at 300mg? And what should I expect in the first few weeks on primo?

I know very little about brewing… but I have never seen a lab sell anything more than 200mg. Usually its 150 or 100. So I doubt it, but I hope I’m wrong. Its best used at higher doses and I don’t enjoy using that much oil.

You won’t expect much in the first few weeks. It takes a bit to kick and generally as slower, steady gains.

IMO its more of an athletes PED than your typical bodybuiding or strength sport drug.

I brew mine at 210 and I’ve never had any issues at all. Primo E that is. Primo ace might be different.
