It uses moonpay as an exhange to buy from. The rates are almost never in your favor so figure you are gonna lost 1-10% on fees and exchange rates.

Use your real info and Coinbase shouldn’t flag you. Also you can actually call them for support like a normal human being and get it resolved in a half hour or so. CB is good, reliable, and usually fast. Also occasionally runs “Earn” programs where you can get free crypto (I got 100 bucks free a week ago or so) for doing nothing more than just watching videos and doing a multiple choice quiz that is literally impossible to fail so you can just run it blindly and get free coin in various currency then exchange it all to BTC/LTC or even cash it out as USD. Unless you’re stupid enough to send directly from CB to a source, there’s really no reason not to go with them.
