Nope. Go to a powerlifting event and look around. If you are 26% bf you’d be the fattest guy there. If you are 20% there might be 1-2 guys new to powerlifting out of 50 that are fatter than you.

Powerlifters aren’t fat anymore. I welcome you to go and see for yourself. Guys care about their health now. They know the consequences to being a fat fuck.
My mistake then. I don’t have anything else to add to this conversation

Respectfully you sound like someone I know except he's over 6ft. I actually thought you was him. He wants to do gear but he still has a long way to go. He is strong, but he's not particularly in good shape. Listen to what everyone here is saying. You may not like what you're reading but they're not lying. Along with good training program and proper food intake, additional enhancers work best when you're below a certain bf percentage. You literally asked at what bf % would be recommended for GH, then got upset with the answers.

Quoting this to support the statement.

I can drop 25 to 35lbs in 2 to 3 weeks on a 6 foot 2 frame. Powerlifters arent as fat as people are assuming, its a lot of water that can give the appearance of a higher bodyfat.

To go too high in bodyfat on top of the water and PEDs... your asking for problems.

To the OP... take your HGH if you like, but get on semaglutide or tirzapetide and embrace a real cut with a healthy diet. With the addition of the GLP it will go faster then you think and then you can actually get somewhere.

There is a time and place for the debate your trying to make, but now is not that time and your physique is not in the right place to have your words hold any value on the subject.

Lean out, its easy with the GLPs, you will be kicking your own ass for not doing it sooner.

Yeah.. I'm about a month in now. GH just helps me get perfect sleep. Berberine helps me keep a clean diet. Basically just trying to be a perfect natty.

Now the GH actually made my weightlifters shoulder (AC Joint) worse because the water weight is so crazy. So I'm cutting out bench, pulldowns and pullups.

I don't know if GH will help with that injury in the long run. Semaglutide is tempting.. But I've got my diet in such a good place right now that I might just do a slow cut and fucking cool out.. enjoy life.

How much HGH are you running? Water retention shouldn’t be that bad.

2.5.

AC Joint (distal clavicular osteolysis) has gotten slightly worse. Going to stay running the GH for at least a year. See if I can reap any longterm benefits. In the short term.. It mainly helps with sleep and makes it harder to put on fat.

Bro convinced me to hop on the Ozzy though. Time is money

2.5 iu of HGH and you have “crazy water retention”. How many pounds of water retention are you estimating? Thats not common.

5-10 pounds including muscle gain. Arms and shoulders have exploded, and surely it's 70-80% water from the GH. Already was on creatine.

not unusual for someone who's literally obese and actively bulking
Well yea. Thats where I was going with it.

The water retention has WAY more to do with diet than the HGH.

Insulin + sodium = water retention

HGH reduces insulin sensitivity over time, but if you’re obese then your insulin sensitivity already sucks. Sodium in the presence of insulin causes water retention. This doesn’t have much to do with the 2.5 iu of HGH. That’s a “therapeutic replacement dose”.

I’ve been on 2.25 iu’s and there is zero water retention. Then again I was sitting at 13
Percent body fat before I started. I’m late to this convo but from what I see already is that someone is bulking with already being heavy, absolutely horrible idea. Cut first…..

I'm on recomp. Going to keep everything steady, and test my blood sugar.

Ill be looking at the numbers from here on out. If blood sugar stays in a healthy range and PRs go up.. Then I'm going to keep recomping. If either of those things fail, then I'm going to cut.
