I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of a good bulking cycle. I have everything on hand.
Also some nutrition tips, and a link to a good bulking workout routine.
My BF is high right now ide say around 15%. I’m 210 and 5’9”. Fat. Should I cut before bulking? It would seem easier to bulk and then cut. Idk still want to know what to do with a bulking cycle so I can at least have it in my notes how to do it
