I finished my cut everyone!
Ended up looking seriously nasty at 8.3% 180lbs 5'10. First time I've been that lean and the first time I have really committed to a cut. However, for the next month, I'm going to cruise on TRT level test and let my body rest and recover.
After the R&R is up, I would like to transition from maintenance to a full-on bulk. I have only ever done dirty bulks, but this time I have the discipline to eat clean and at a small surplus correctly. I want to eventually get to a point where I am a lean 190-200lbs when I cut again.
I got a couple of questions for the experienced BB guys in here.
As for compounds, what do you recommend?
I've been looking at Deca, EQ, and DBol as some of the solid bulking compounds. Obviously a test base.
I was eating at a 40/40/20 Macro split during my cut, is this still good for bulking?
Or would you change this to something with higher carbs?
Tips and Tricks I may not know about?
