Why are my lifts/BW stalling despite being on test and EQ? My lifts have been stalling for like two weeks and my BW has stalled at the same for a MONTH, despite eating at a +1500kcal surplus. I hace been forcefeeding despite having no appetite problems. Its like my body doesn’t want to put on weight. Prior to this I was on weekly progression and the weight flew off me, now even the warm up weights leave me winded. I’d up the gear but is that my only solution realistically? Theyre’ll come a point when I’m on too much stuff. I remember doing this natty and its ALWAYS when I approach this weight that my body starts rebelling, appetite goes out the window, and any thing I forcefeed ends up straight on my waist.
Eating 4500kcal atm, 60-65% carbs, 25-30% protein, 10-15% fat. 5’8 79.5-80kg. Training is nsuns 5 day 5/3/1 with 4accesories. Gear is 500mg test (week 8) EQ 600mg (week 3) added tbol 40mg yesterday.
