BW/weights plateaud mid cycle

Why are my lifts/BW stalling despite being on test and EQ? My lifts have been stalling for like two weeks and my BW has stalled at the same for a MONTH, despite eating at a +1500kcal surplus. I hace been forcefeeding despite having no appetite problems. Its like my body doesn’t want to put on weight. Prior to this I was on weekly progression and the weight flew off me, now even the warm up weights leave me winded. I’d up the gear but is that my only solution realistically? Theyre’ll come a point when I’m on too much stuff. I remember doing this natty and its ALWAYS when I approach this weight that my body starts rebelling, appetite goes out the window, and any thing I forcefeed ends up straight on my waist.

Eating 4500kcal atm, 60-65% carbs, 25-30% protein, 10-15% fat. 5’8 79.5-80kg. Training is nsuns 5 day 5/3/1 with 4accesories. Gear is 500mg test (week 8) EQ 600mg (week 3) added tbol 40mg yesterday.

The only way to grow is eating and sleeping more, period. Gains come outside the gym. You’re the guy that’s a really low responder to test so you may have to adjust accordingly.

I’m all for using more drugs but is that really the answer? Will that not make keeping those gains more difficult if I go back to 250mg during cruise since the difference is well larger?

Are you noticing anything from EQ at that dosage? Did you front load it?

Lowest effective dose is what I always tell anybody. I’ve never used anything but test and orals but I respond very well. But 500mg for me is going to be very different for you which is why you have to cruise at double my cruise dose. So since you have to cruise higher, you may have to blast a little higher. Maybe see what 600mg puts you at. Eating and sleeping are the most important factors by far though. Time and consistency are just as important. This isn’t a sprint, believe in the process. Some get there quicker than others but the formula is the same. You’ll get there.

Nope, nothing, but I didn’t frontload (bonus Q can I still frontload at week 4?)
@“Sparker” I’m having bloods drawn this week at 36ish hours post 250mg injection, if its at less than 2000 for sure will switch back to UGL/try 600. I do have some pharma cyp which might be worth a try who knows.

I’ve looked into EQ recently and everything I’ve read is that you MUST front load. I’d imagine you’d be OK to do your dosage now. I believe I read 3x. So if you’re running 300mg a week. Frontload one week at 900mg. Then back to 300 a week. If you don’t frontload EQ takes 8 weeks to settle in for returns.

Weird I’ve read 2x the dose. So if next dose is on Saturday (600mg) I’d pin 1200-1800 that day?

For example, 16 weeks, first compound add 1800mg EQ every 3.5 days for weeks 1-1. Then add a second compound of eq at 600mg every 3.5 days for weeks 2-16. You’ll see how you peak and stay there almost immediately.

Then switch week 1 to 600 and plot again and you’ll see it’ll take like 8 weeks to get to peak.

I’ve run a similar cycles in the past and didn’t really notice the EQ till like week 5 or 6…I wouldn’t up the dose just yet. I usually use Dianabol for like 4 weeks to jump start a test and EQ cycle though. Be patient brother, you start ramping up the dosages now and following cycles will require even more to get possibly similar results. This is a marathon, and you don’t just sprint the first 5 miles…

I plateau around week 8-10 on Test also, Your EQ won’t start really kicking for a few more weeks and adding the Tbol will help you break through. Your eating seems solid and assuming your sleeping and not super stressed I think you’ll start seeing progress soon.

So week 4 take 1800 (1/2 e3.5, then again does it matter?) Then week 5 1200 (300 2x a week?)

Yeah thats exactly what I’m worried about, that and that cruising won’t bring me back to an acceptable wasteline as I’ll have gone too high on blast for my body to maintain most of it.

Relying on sleep meds to sleep so it could be betrer but averaging 6 hours at least every night. Stress is a different q while trying to do a PhD, but is there anything I can take/do to mitigaye that?
