Caloric Intake

So I’m running 500 mg a week of test E (pinning 2x a week) and 50 mg of DBol a day (25mg am / 25 mg pm)

So I’ve read to increase maintenance caloric intake about 30% over your TDEE for this bulk, but was just curious how much you guys think I should increase. I’m currently pounding away at about 200 g of protein a day and roughly total about 3500 cals.

Find maintenance calories, add 500 cals, shoot for gaining 1lb/wk, weigh yourself everyday and add more calories when the scale isn’t budging, don’t dream bulk.

This is harder to do on a wet compound like Dbol cause there’s an influx of water weight the first week which will throw off the scale but after your weight levels out you should continue eating slightly above maintenance
