Capping Orals?

I really hate to beat a dead horse hear because I know this gets asked a lot but what is the best way to cap orals?

I currently am using an oral suspension using ‘Ora Plus’ although I like how quick and easy it is to whip up a batch of whatever orals I want to use but I want the convenience of being able to take it with me on the go… plus shaking it every time gets old and it tastes like SHIT

Looking to get a capping machine off Amazon something like the ‘cap m quick’
So my questions are:

1. What is the best size capsule to use?
2. Can someone explain to me step by step on how to cap? I need someone to explain it to me like I’m 5

Don’t get one without a spring loaded base board and a cap tray (tray that holds the tops of the capsules so you can close them all at once instead of trying to put 50-200 tiny ass cap tops on one by one)

Personally I don’t like the huge caps (Size 000, 00, and 0…basically everything above Size 3 is too big) Size 4 cap maker will give you the most choice in terms of empty capsules to buy. I recommend purchasing them separated instead of joined.

Then google around man, there are a bunch of threads on capping shit. Go to basskiller there’s a pretty decent write up on weighing shit out.

Don’t use a tumbler that’s fake news. Get a mortar and pestle and learn geometric dilution. It’s not hard and it’s what all the compounding pharmacies in the country use.
