From what I gather, CIR is starting to be used more frequently. Anyone have a list of detection times for them?

You’ll have to elaborate. CIR testing is most frequently employed on things like serum testosterone, to see if it’s bio-identical or if it’s manufactured testosterone. Elimination by half-life would still be the most accurate way to measure whether you’re within reach of a positive test.
