Cardio Endurance

Most people here care more about lifting than any cardio/running, but lets see.
Ive been on TRT levels for 5 years now. I’ve noticed a decrease in running pace within the last year or so. I’m quick to blame the test E, but I’m wondering if it is to blame. Maybe hematocrit is too high. Has anyone experienced this?

I would expect it to improve all else equal. Unless you gained substantial muscle mass which would obviously effect that. But more red blood cells would help vs hurt

That was my thinking too, that it would help if anything. Not a huge muscle difference. I wonder if blood is more viscous with more red blood cells.

I mean yes that’s true but if your in trt I assume your doing bloodwork routinely and should know these values?
