Whats up SST,
anyway im 48 male low T started trt about a year now feeling great....starting to pump some, and never bothered about it before but all my life ive had a slight cave or sunken upper chest. Its not to bad but I didn't know if the muscles in that area will build out in other words since I've been working out a little bit I've noticed my chest kind of building all around that area except the sunken part.. and if I have to I'll post pictures but I just didn't know if anyone had any advice if there is a way to build that portion of my chest and what will be the best exercise or weight training I should do any thoughts?? thank you so much

Sounds like pectus excavatum, very common in males. I had a very significant case that required surgery. In regards to your question as to how to build muscles around that area, cable Flys are the exercise I've felt target the inner chest best. I feel like it hasn't made a huge difference in the appearance of mine but everyone is different. Exercise targeting the pectoralis minor muscles would perhaps give you the best chance at growing closer the area that is concave.

You can't isolate the inner chest but you can emphasize it. Try a neutral grip flat dumbbell press but keep the dumbbells smashed together as hard as you can while you press.
