Cjc 1295/ipamorelin help

My clinic had to discontinue due to new regulations or something. So I ordered through Elvbio. My prescribed dose was a 5mg cjc/9mg ipamorelin blend that I injected 30 units of mon-fri. The vials are not blended from Elvbio and are 2mg cjc and 5mg ipamorelin. Firstly, how much bacteriostatic water do I use to reconstitute the cjc and ipamorelin? And how many units of each would I inject to match or be similar to my prescribed dose?
