Cloudy mod grf/ipa combo

I bought a few vials of mod grf/ipa combo from peptide science. I reconstituted one with bacteriostic water. It was clear with a few white flakes floating around but within a blink of an eye the liquid turned cloudy. Is it still ok to use? I am so bummed.
