Dude I’m so jealous of you e2. How long it take you to get dialed in?
the highest i have seen my e2 on actual blood work has been 46 and on this exact dose and I was using .125-.25 weekly at that time.
now .375mg seems enough to keep it in this range.
my e2 naturally was 21.
took about 6 months and 3 rounds of blood work to see what works for me, and .25 mg weekly is very safe and effective. even if your e2 goes to 46, it really is not that bad. anywhere from 20-50pg is relatively safe, and everyone prefers a different range.
even at 46pg it did not feel like more than 24 pg, besides mild arm acne.
for males e2 is pretty variable at these low 20-50 pg ranges. you will see more e2 effects above 60 pg, or lets say 100 pg it will be very clear. and obviously crashing your e2 to single digits is fun for no one.
