Colonial Labs T/A Review

Placed a small test order with @“Colonial Labs” last week and this is my experience.

Communication:

Communication was fantastic. Messaged Colonial Labs in the evening and they responded quickly. Super friendly, professional and easy to deal with.

Really appreciate the fact that they responded letting me know that my payment was received and followed through the next day letting me know the pack shipped.

I never bother sources about wondering if something shipped or if my payment was received so it was refreshing to be told without having to ask and a pack just showing up in the mail.

Shipping Speed:

Outstanding, on some Amazon level shit. Shipped the next day after my order was placed (late at night like I said) and arrived in 48 hours.

Packaging:

Standard packaging as with any source. Vials were sealed to prevent any leakage into the box. My only suggestion, and this is minor, is having bubble wrap in the box. I know paper keeps the items from view should a hole he knocked into the box (mine actually did have a hole in it), but bubble wrap for extra padding would be nice.

Overall:

5/5 - Will definitely be receiving more of my business should the gear be good.

Of course! I appreciate it. We actually do use bubble in all packages. (Can be confirmed by other customers if you’d like). My shipper ran out of it for a day or so, which is when he continued to ship without it. We’re loaded on it now so there won’t be any gaps where packages are missing bubble wrap.
