I saw your post in source complaint.
Your 72hr draw time is definitely the culprit. Draw at 48hr, and you’ll probably be in the 700ng/dl range.

Your draw time is out of range which would explain the lower reading.

Also, when getting retested, please get re tested either via labcorp or a doctor. Quest is known to screw up readings.

72 hours = trough reading. Gotta get bloodwork in like 36 hours.
