Third Time ordering from Colonial since May. They respond to my email within the hour, every single time.

Orders 1-2 arrived within 72 hours of order confirmation.
Order 3 arrived within 24 hours of order confirmation.

I’ve had 2 issues with attempting to order from Colonial labs, it was the same thing twice I placed my order and even got confirmation that my payment transferred successfully and then when I looked at my order it says that it was canceled. So not only did i not get the product that I ordered but I lost my money twice.

@rtndesk You would need to email me if you paid and the payment didn’t confirm. It means your payment was off / short. We would correct this issue within an hour or less of you emailing me. But you clearly haven’t emailed me,

@rtndesk Happened to me once, showed as cancelled. I sent an email, and it was fixed, all within a few hours. It also served as a learning lesson for me. Dont send in dollars, send in coin amount. Havent had a problem since doing that.

you expect us to believe that you lost your money twice and didn’t bother to email the vendor to fix the issue? LOL and you just joined… troll alert
