For all you B and C’ers, how do you feel coming off a blast down to a cruise level? Do you feel like shit for a week or two until your body adjusts? Or is it pretty much seamless? Thanks!

I’ve trained in blocks of strength and hypertrophy for years so my strength has been built-up for a long time. Greg Nuckols has a great write-up about how much steroids contribute to trained athletes. I also don’t take much compared to most guys here. 400/500 test and 25 dbol a wk is my go to. Yeah, it’s just water weight. How long have you been training? You can actually gain strength on a cruise if you haven’t been training long. It’s not like you are at your peak natural limits and there are more variables to strength than mass. That’s why stronger guys starting steroids won’t see as much of a drastic jump in strength. I’m just worrying about it because when I hopped off cycle last time I felt very very weak at the gym, could not push the weight I had been pushing, and I’m 100% sure this is what contirbuted to a loss in muscle mass- if I’m pushing a certain weight and then I start doing much less, the body is going to adapt to that and get rid of the muscle mass it doesn’t need… right?Septicanon" pid='5887' dateline='1522953713:

I think you’re at high risk of abusing steroids tbh. You want too much, too soon. Cruising at 250 would more than likely put you way higher than a cruise dose. Good luck
