Like Futuredadbod said the API is the same and the dosaging is the same generally so there is no REAL difference in terms of that but a tablet doesn't just consist of the API.

Often there are also other compounds in there either to help with absorption or act as a filler. In my experience patients sometimes complain when they get switched over from a brand version of a drug to a generic version of the drug and say that it's less effective. We have concluded that this for sure has to do with the other ingredients in the tablet. But this is not the case for every medication class, sometimes there is no difference whatsoever.

That being said we will send Arimidex and Aromasin to Jano as well. Forgot about those !
