Could someone talk me through a female var only first cycle?

So my girl is interested in trying out a starter cycle for var. She's doing a figure competition soon, and could use the extra help with mass and cutting. I know a bit of what I'm doing with men cycles but I'm completely lost around female stuff. She's not looking to blow up and look like a roided out dude, just wants to accentuate her female figure. One of her biggest concerns is an enlarged clit. Could someone give me a breakdown of what dosage, frequency, duration, ramping up and down, and PCT would look like for a woman? She's 21, pretty low body fat, and has a very solid muscle mass base already.

Pretty simple. 5-10mg of var per day for 6-8 weeks. Keep an eye out for unwanted sides but doubtful there will be any. If so discontinue and they'll go away. Women don't pct

Awesome. Thanks brother. Should we schedule out her show to coincide with the last day of cycle or two weeks after?

I would think so. But in all honesty coaching and show prep isn't my expertise. I just read way too much and know a couple women that use gear for random things. A decent source of info is r/steroidsxx it's the female steroid subreddit and there will be a lot of info on var and likely prep as well

Hi. I'm a female with plenty of var experience. I think she'll be happy with it since she's already done most of the hard work and is looking for a boost in the home stretch. Dosage and duration depend on how much time till show. Shorter time= higher dose. Everyone reacts differently so ease into it. Week 1; 5mg a day. Then, try 10 mg but split into 2 doses. Maintain that for 4-6 werks but watch for sides and be willing to stop. If she's got 6-8 weeks till show, she could just stay on 5mg till then. Personally, I prefer lower doses over longer time.
The only sides I've experienced is deeper voice and imbalanced lipids. Voice seems to be perminate but not dramatic. Noticed it while on 20mg. Lower HDL and higher LDL resolves over time between my cycles. No changes in the " downstairs" region.

112 lb, 5'4" F. Conservative estimate of 18-20% bf . Not interested in getting lower. Been lifting on and off over 3 decades. Hard and consistant for the last 9. Not competitive but strict, self imposed standards. My routine is push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, rest. 12- 15 reps,2-3 in reserve but several sets to failure per day. No lifting related injuries. Moderate cardio...hiking, cycling, table tennis...nothing fierce.
Diet is very clean. No big bulks or cuts. Mini cuts as needed to stay under 20% bf.
hgh: 2 ius 8-9 months per year.
Var: 2-3 cycles per year, 5-10 mg, 6-8 weeks.
Clen. 20-40mg 2-3x per year for 2 weeks during mini cuts.
Creatine, whey, casin.
As you can see, I keep things light and simple, prioritizing health over dramatic gains. PPEs give me a nice little boost but i don't use them in a risky way.

love hearing youre on gh!! do you do it just for the rebound? at 2 iu I THINK its nothing more than trt? correct? youre not trying to get 19" arms at 2 ui.

The gh helps with fuller hair, youthful skin, deep sleep, nutrient partitioning and recovery. Yes, it's a replacement dose and probably similar to what my natural level was when i was 20. Gh has very little effect on hypertrophy, especially at such a low dose, but it thickens the tendons that support the muscles. I currently use generic gh from goodlife. Have used pharma but notice little difference other than price.

thanks for talking about pharma and ugl. people get so stuck on pharma but they all literally come from the same 3 factories in china lol

In case your wife is interested in getting started on var, lock and load carries 5 mg tabs. Haven't found 5s anywhere else. I used to just split 10 mg caps or tablets but this is much more convenient and accurate. At 5 mg per day, i notice a nice, but subtle, difference and no sides.
